I took Scout on her longest walk yet - 3 miles. She did just fine, although she didn't think much of having to be on a leash the whole way after I'd let her have free romps through the woods the last few days. I think I worked a lot harder than she did since we were walking on rotten snow. Think of how hard it is to walk in soft sand. I'm quite confident Map My Fitness did not give me credit for nearly as many calories as I actually expended.
Anyway, the whole point of this post is to torture you with my first selfies with Scout. It wasn't nearly as easy to take a decent picture as I thought it would be.
