These adorable bathtub toys are used to ferry people around False Creek. We took one to Granville Island.
You can join a car-share program and use your membership card to pick up any Smart Car not currently being used wherever you find it. What a great idea!
I totally love this apartment building, although I'm sure I could never afford to live there.
A few of the fresh flowers at the Granville Island Public Market. The fresh veggies, meats, fish, spices, and, and...made me wish I had a kitchen here.
Just one sign of spring along the waterfront. Sigh.
I'm sure this is just some common nuisance bird, but isn't it beautiful?
Another sign of spring. I wonder if acidic soil is turning a blue hyacinth purple the way it will turn pink hydrangeas blue?
More great architecture, this time at the Sea Star Children's Center. Check out the garden area on the semi-enclosed deck.
Between the curves hides the entrance to the Vancouver City Library - fabulous. I'm not sure what the tall building is, but the round one is the library.
I love Victorian houses. These painted ladies have been turned into offices hiding between skyscrapers.
