Thank you, Lisa, for telling me about this glass combination! I had Thane pick up a sheet of blue aventurine/clear streaky glass for me at Half Moon Creek in Palmer a few weeks ago because Lisa said it was spectacular fused over white glass. Yesterday, I finally took the time to experiment - she was right!
You can just see in the photo the glittery sparkles in the dark cobalt blue (particularly in the top right square). I'm tempted to keep the coasters for myself, but I won't if I can find someone to buy them. The other pieces will be pendants and earrings. Again, one set may have to be for me. I love this blue over the white; it just glows! You can really see the streaks of blue at different levels in the clear, too. Simply fabulous.
